        the right hand.

        eliminated nor identified as having executed the questioned handprinting
        appearing on Exhibit W-5.

        ence of human blood.  Further examinations indicated same to be of the Inter-
        national Blood Group Type AB.

        14.  Examinations of the red-brown stains of Exhibits D-8, D-31, D-49, I-226,
        and L revealed the presence of human blood.  Further examinations indicated
        same to be of the International Blood Group Type A or AB.

        to be of the International Blood Group Type AB or B.

        17.  Examinations of the red-brown stains of Exhibit D-228 revealed the pres-
        ence of human blood of the International Blood Group Type AB.  Further exam-
        inations of other human blood stains indicated the International Blood Group
        Type A.

        18.  Further blood typing examinations of the Exhibits cited in paragraphs
        10 thru 17 were precluded due either to the paucity of the stain or the con-
        tamination of the stain.

        19.  Examinations of the red-brown stains of Exhibits D-14, D-34, D-35, D-56,
        D-58, D-59, D-64, D-72, D-73, D-95, D-104, D-106, D-107, D-109, D-118,
        D-148, D-149, D-150, D-154, D-155, D-161, D-19K, D-21K, D-23K, D-24K, D-33K(2),
        and D-34K(3) revealed the presence of human blood.  Blood typing examinations
        were precluded due either to the paucity of the stain or the contamination of
        the stain.

        20.  Examinations of the red-brown stains of Exhibits D-12, D-55, D-62, D-63,
        D-66, D-67, D-69, D-71, D-221, D-222, D-223, D-224, D-230, D-233, D-234, D-235,
        D-236, D-237, D-239, D-5K, D-22K, D-27K, D-29K, D-33K(1), and D-34K(1) indi-
        cated the presence of blood.  Further examinations were precluded due to the
        paucity of the stain.

        21.  Examinations of Exhibits D-52, D-53, D-57, D-70, D-75 thru D-85, D-88,
        D-89, D-90, D-92, D-93, D-94, D-98, D-110, D-111, D-112, D-113, D-124, D-125,
        D-139, D-142, D-143, D-218, D-219, D-1K, D-2K, D-3K, D-4K, D-6K thru D-18K,
        D-20K, D-28K, D-34K(2), D-40NB, and D-42NB did not reveal the prsence
        of any blood stains.

        22.  Gross macroscopic examinations of Exhibits D-48 and D-54 indicated the
        presence of blood.  No further examinations were conducted.

        23.  Examinations of Exhibit D-19 and the panties and pajama bottoms of
        Exhibit D-212 revealed the presence of urine stains.

        24.  Examinations of Exhibits D-19 and F-257 did not reveal the presence of
        any semen or semen stains.

        25.  Examinations of Exhibits F-1 and F-2 did not reveal the prsence of any
        dangerous drugs or narcotics.  Further examinations of Exhibit F-2 by the
        USAH at Fort Gordon, GA, showed same to contain 0.150 mg/ml of ethyl alcohol -
        this generally means that the subject was not under the influence of alcohol.

        revealed the presence of fibers identical in type, color, denier, twist,
        and all other physical characteristics to the fibers of the pajama jacket,

        27.  It is the opinion of the examiner that the fibers present in the Exhibits
        of paragraph 26 could have originated from Exhibit D-210.

        28.  Examination of Exhibits D-209, D-227, D-229, E-3, E-5, E-7, E-19a, E-20a,
        E-50, E-63NB and E-210 revealed the presence of human head hairs, grossly sim-
        ilar in all physical characteristics to the head hair of Collette MacDonald.

        29.  It is the opinion of the examiner that one or more of the human head hairs
        present in the Exhibits of paragraph 28 could have originated from the head of
        Collette MacDonald.

        30.  Examination of Exhibits D-221, D-227, D-229, E-10, E-11, E-13, E-50, E-116,
        and E-120 revealed the presence of human head hairs, grossly similar in all
        physical characteristics to the head hair of Kimberly MacDonald.

        31.  It is the opinion of the examiner that one or more of the human head
        hairs present in the Exhibits of paragraph 30 could have originated from the
        head of Kimberly MacDonald.

        32.  Examination of Exhibits D-48, D-123, E-8, E-9, E-12, E-56NB, E-57NB, and
        E-61NB revealed the presence of human head hairs grossly similar in all physical
        characteristics to the head hair of Christine MacDonald.

        33.  It is the opinion of the examiner that one or more of the human head hairs
        present in the Exhibits of paragraph 32 could have originated from the head of
        Christine MacDonald.

        34.  Examination of Exhibits E-5, E-19a, D-23, E-63NB, E-116, D-118, and E-119
        revealed the presence of wood splinters identical in type, color, texture, and
        all other physical characteristics to the wood of Exhibit A.

        35.  It is the opinion of the examiner that the wood splinters present in
        the Exhibits of paragraph 34 could have originated from Exhibit A.

        36.  Examinatino of paint chips removed from Exhibit A found same to be grossly
        similar in color, texture and chemical composition to the paint of Exhibit
        E-203.

        37.  It is the opnion of the examiner that the paint of Exhibit A and the
        paint of Exhibit E-203 could have a common source of origin.
