        1.  Comparative examination of the hairs from Exhibit E-324 with the hairs from
        Exhibits E-322, E-323, E-325, E-4 and E-5 showed same to be dissimilar in physical
        characteristics.

         2.  Comparative examination of the hairs from Exhibit E-325 showed same
         to be similar in gross color, pigmentation and structure to some of the
         hairs from Exhibits E-323 and E-35 and could have had the same source of
         origin.

         3.  Comparative examination of the hairs from Exhibit E-325 with the hairs
         from Exhibits E-322, E-305 - E-313, E-320, E-321, E-4 and E-5 showed same
         to be dissimilar in physical characteristics.
