        EVIDENCE EXAMINED:

           Exhibit W3 - Notebook, yellow, containing handwriting and handprinting,
                        C. MacDONALD
           Exhibit W6 - Sheet of white onion skin paper bearing questioned handwriting
                        and handprinting

        Examination and comparison of the questioned handwriting and handprinting appearing
        on Exhibit W6 in conjunction with Exhibit W3 resulted in the following
        conclusions:

            a.  The questioned handwritten entries appearing on Exhibit W6 could have
        been executed by the writer of Exhibit W3.

             b.  The questioned handprinted entry "number one" appearing on Exhibit
         W6 was slowly executed/retraced and is therefore not a normal product of
         the writer, however, it could have been executed by the writer of Exhibit W3.
