         EVIDENCE EXAMINED:
           Exhibit E-33   -  One pill vial containing a fiber of hair-like substance from
                              right eye lens of glasses found on floor

         Examination of the contents of Exhibit E-33 revealed the presence of one pink-red
         wood fiber.
