Paragraph 32: Examinations of Exhibits F1 and F2 did not reveal the presence of any dangerous drugs or narcotics. Further examinations of Exhibit F2 by the USAH at Fort Gordon, GA showed same to contain 0.150 mg/ml of ethyl alcohol -- this generally means that the subject was not under the influence of alcohol.
||Blood sample from CPT MacDonald
The Notes for this exhibit include references to Jeffrey MacDonald's possible abuse of amphetamines (Eskatrol) on the night of the murders. Also included are excerpts regarding notes he made for his attorneys which included mention of that issue.
The CID laboratory was not requested to test for -- and did not test for -- the presence of amphetamines, and in any case, equipment available to them at that time would not have permitted such testing.
