Page 1 Examination and comparison of the questioned handwriting and handprinting appearing on Exhibit W6 in conjunction with Exhibit W3 resulted in the following conclusions: a. The questioned handwritten entries appearing on Exhibit W6 could have been executed by the writer of Exhibit W3. Page 2 b. The questioned handprinted entry "number one" appearing on Exhibit W6 was slowly executed/retraced and is therefore not a normal product of the writer, however, it could have been executed by the writer of Exhibit W3. |

Page 29 Examination and comparison of the questioned handprinting appearing on Exhibit W-5 with the exemplars, Exhibits W-2 thru W-4 resulted in the following conclusions: a. The questioned handprinting appearing on Exhibit W-5 was very probably executed by a right handed persion utilizing the index and middle fingers of the right hand. b. The writers of the exemplars, Exhibits W-2 thru W-4 could neither be eliminated nor identified as having executed the questioned handprinting appearing on Exhibit W-5. |
